KC3.net 1st To Be Awarded New National IT Quality Mark

KC3.net from Kington is one of the first six companies in the country to be awarded in the latest segment of the Accredit UK Standard. This new segment, the second to be launched, recognises companies for designing, developing and testing software to the highest level of excellence.

The employee owned company is planning to use the Accredit UK standard to help grow its business. The company develops acms software that allows website owners to manage their content easily, and OutBox an ethical mass emailing system.

By completing the Accredit UK standard, KC3.net has been recognised as providing an honest, reliable and efficient service. KC3.net was among only six Midlands companies to achieve this honour.

The Accredit UK Assessor said: "KC3.net have a culture of continuous improvement that means they set themselves high standards of customer satisfaction. They achieve this through a dedication to implementing robust processes and recognition that their staff are their most significant asset."

Vaughan Shayler, Programme Director for Accredit UK said: "By using the Accredit UK standard, KC3.net is helping to make it easier for purchasers to feel confident to buy services from technology companies. 94% of people that we surveyed think that the Accredit UK standard is a good idea. That is because it solves their burning need - they can now get what they want without fear."
